Angela started Crossfit in 2010. She completed the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2013, the Kids Trainer Course in 2014, the Mobility Certificate Course in 2014, and the earned the Gymnastics Certificate in 2019.
Angie completed the CrossFit Level 2 Trainer course (CF-L2) in 2019.
Chuck started Crossfit in 2019. He completed his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2019. Chuck completed the Dumbbell Certificate course in 2020 and he completed the Burgener Strength Level 1 Course in 2021.
Chuck was a Master Fitness Trainer in the Army and trained 100s of Soldiers over his career.
Hannah completed her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2020.
She was a Collegiate Rower and started CrossFit in 2015.
Leslie started Crossfit in 2018. She completed her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) and Scaling Certificate in 2019. Completed the Burgener Strength Level 1 Course in 2021.
Prior to Crossfit, Leslie is a school certified Master Fitness Trainer in the Army and continues to train Soldiers.
Jamie is a registered dietitian, mom, and nutrition communicator. She loves helping empower people to make healthful eating a natural and fun part of their lifestyles.
She spreads a messages that inspires people to feel as good as they can through food, and how to achieve that in a sustainable way.
John is a certified USAW Olympic weightlifting Coach. In high school, he competed in the Pole Vault and the Decathlon.
Later in life, he took up CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. He is extremely passionate about helping you achieve your goals in Olympic Weightlifting
Tori started Crossfit in 2017. She completed her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1). Tori is the lead instructor for the Fit Club (HIIT).
