Angie Schwab

  

Angela started Crossfit in 2010. She completed the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2013, the Kids Trainer Course in 2014, the Mobility Certificate Course in 2014, and the earned the Gymnastics Certificate in 2019. 


Angie completed the CrossFit Level 2 Trainer course (CF-L2) in 2019. 



Chuck Schwab

Chuck was introduced to Crossfit 2019. He completed his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2019, completed the Burgener Strength Level 1 Course in 2021, and became a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) in 2023. 


Chuck was a Master Fitness Trainer in the Army and trained 100s of  Soldiers over his career. 







Leslie Hughley-Sadler

 Leslie started Crossfit in 2018. She completed her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) and Scaling Certificate in 2019. Completed the Burgener Strength Level 1 Course in 2021.  Leslie completed the Crossfit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) in 2023. 


Prior to Crossfit, Leslie is a school certified Master Fitness Trainer 










John Wheatley

John is a certified USAW Olympic weightlifting Coach.  In high school, he competed in the Pole Vault and the Decathlon.   


Later in life, he took up CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. He is extremely passionate about helping you achieve your goals in Olympic Weightlifting 






Tristan Kersey

Tristan started CrossFit in 2015. She completed her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2017. She is also currently a teacher and coach at WCC school district. She loves helping athletes of all ages to become the best version of themselves!  













Ashley Brodnax

Ashley started Crossfit in 2014.  She completed her Crossfit Trainer Level 2 (CF-L2) in 2019. WithAshley's dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals is unparalleled. Her journey in the world of fitness began as a personal mission, igniting a fire that now inspires others in the Crossfit community.








Kalee Richardson

Ka’lee is a Registered Dietitian and started CrossFit in 2019. Ever since she started CrossFit, she has wanted to empower athletes to eat healthfully and adequately. She loves helping people thrive nutritionally so they feel good, reach their goals in the gym, and have a positive relationship with food!
