
Angela started Crossfit in 2010. She completed the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2013, the Kids Trainer Course in 2014, the Mobility Certificate Course in 2014, and the earned the Gymnastics Certificate in 2019.
Angie completed the CrossFit Level 2 Trainer course (CF-L2) in 2019.

Chuck was introduced to Crossfit 2019. He completed his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2019, completed the Burgener Strength Level 1 Course in 2021, and became a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) in 2023.
Chuck was a Master Fitness Trainer in the Army and trained 100s of Soldiers over his career.

Tristan started CrossFit in 2015. She completed her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2017. She is also currently a teacher and coach at WCC school district. She loves helping athletes of all ages to become the best version of themselves!

Ashley started Crossfit in 2014. She completed her Crossfit Trainer Level 2 (CF-L2) in 2019. WithAshley's dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals is unparalleled. Her journey in the world of fitness began as a personal mission, igniting a fire that now inspires others in the Crossfit community.

Michele started CrossFit in 2021. She got her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) in 2024. When she isn’t in the gym and handling social media, she’s usually hanging out with her family or reading. Michele loves to bring a smile to everyone’s face dancing and singing in the gym.

I’m a yoga instructor and massage therapist dedicated to helping others reconnect with balance, strength, and inner peace. I focus on mindful movement, deep breath, and purposeful stillness—creating a space where students can release tension and rediscover their natural energy.

Ka’lee is a Registered Dietitian and started CrossFit in 2019. Ever since she started CrossFit, she has wanted to empower athletes to eat healthfully and adequately. She loves helping people thrive nutritionally so they feel good, reach their goals in the gym, and have a positive relationship with food!
